Al Barr is committed to providing raw, clean, and unadulterated Kashmiri produce: • All products are sourced directly from designated orchards and certified farmers across Jammu & Kashmir. • Because our products are organic and natural (without chemical whitening, polishing, or dyes), natural color variations, sizing differences, or minor crystallization (for raw honey) are entirely normal and represent proof of purity—not a defect. • Product weights displayed reflect net weights at packaging. Saffron weights are measured without the glass container. • Photos on the website represent authentic product samples. Minor visual variations between batches are inherent to organic farming.
We support the following payment methods: • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for most pincodes across India. • Direct Bank Transfer: Payments must be made to our J&K Bank Account (account details provided in the site footer and order confirmation email). For Direct Bank Transfers: • Orders remain in "Pending Validation" status until payment receipt confirmation is shared via WhatsApp or email (orders@albarfoods.com). • If receipt confirmation is not received within 48 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled and the slot released.
We ship nationwide across India from our Srinagar central distribution depot: • Free Delivery: Orders exceeding ₹999.00 subtotal qualify for FREE Express Delivery. • Standard Shipping: A flat fee of ₹60.00 applies to orders below ₹999.00. • Dispatch Timeline: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours from confirmation. • Delivery Timeline: – Within Jammu & Kashmir: 2–3 business days – Rest of India: 4–7 business days Note: Delivery delays caused by extreme weather, highway blockages (NH-44 closures), or courier operational issues are beyond our control. We will notify you proactively in such cases.
Due to the perishable nature of organic food items, we operate under a strict but fair return policy: • Returns are accepted only if you receive: – Damaged products with broken tamper seals – Incorrect item variants dispatched – Products significantly different from the description • You must report any defects or damages within 24 hours of delivery by sharing clear photos/videos via WhatsApp or email. • Approved refunds will be processed via direct bank transfer or UPI within 5 business days. • Order cancellation is allowed only before the order has been dispatched from our depot. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.
