1. Acceptance of Terms
By browsing and placing orders on this website (albarr.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Al Barr ("we", "us", "our") and our customers ("you", "user"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Product Quality Guarantee
Al Barr is committed to providing raw, clean, and unadulterated Kashmiri produce.
- All products are sourced directly from designated orchards and certified farmers across Jammu & Kashmir.
- Because our products are organic and natural (without chemical whitening, polishing, or dyes), natural color variations, sizing differences, or minor crystallization (for raw honey) are normal and represent proof of purity.
- Product weights displayed reflect weights at packaging. Saffron weight includes air-tight protective sealing containers.
3. Payments & Direct Bank Transfer
We support Cash on Delivery (COD) and Direct Bank Transfer payments.
For Direct Bank Transfers, the transaction must be made to our J&K Bank Account (provided during checkout and in the site footer). Orders placed via Bank Transfer will remain in "Pending Validation" status until you share payment receipt confirmation via WhatsApp at +91-9419000000 or email at support@albarr.com. If receipt confirmation is not received within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled.
4. Shipping & Delivery Policy
We ship nationwide across India.
- Free Delivery: Orders exceeding a subtotal of โน999.00 qualify for FREE Express Delivery. For orders under โน999.00, a standard shipping fee of โน60.00 will be added.
- Dispatch Timeline: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours from our Srinagar distribution hub.
- Delivery Timeline: Within Jammu & Kashmir: 2โ3 business days. Rest of India: 4โ7 business days. Delivery delays caused by extreme weather conditions or highway blockages (e.g. NH-44 closures) are beyond our control, and we will notify you in such events.
5. Return & Cancellation Policy
Due to the perishable nature of organic food items, we operate under a strict return policy:
- Returns are only accepted if you receive damaged products, wrong item variants, or packages with broken tamper seals.
- You must report any defects or damages within 24 hours of delivery by sharing clear photos/videos of the package with our chat support.
- Approved refunds will be processed via direct bank transfer or UPI within 5 business days.
- Order cancellation is allowed only before the order has been dispatched from our depot.
